{{NPOV}} tags are supposed to also be talked about on the talk page, so that whatever issues are holding the article back from being WP:NPOV can be identified and discussed. Since the tagger didn't, I can't find any sources discussing a different POV, and the inmates themselves were consulted in the reference, I'm removing it.

{{refimprove}} again would be helpful for the tagger to explain what sort of refs they feel should be included. I'll {{WP:AGF|assume good faith and leave it for now.

{{tone}} literally says: The tone or style of this article or section may not be appropriate for Wikipedia. Specific concerns may be found on the talk page.(which is wikilinked) See Wikipedia's guide to writing better articles for suggestions.
