Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it is infomation about groundbreaking claims protocol - and believed to be first of its kind - negotiated directly between survivors and a major insurance company. But I have removed reference to the two people who led this negotiation if that helps.Joelionheart (talk) 18:17, 13 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that the article isn't promotional, and I removed that tag. But it does amount to you giving your own advice and guidance to people going through a process. It isn't really an encyclopedia article. See Wikipedia's commentary about original research and about Wikipedia not being a guide or manual. Largoplazo (talk) 18:28, 13 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
