Spelling

[edit]

Why would you choose an assumption of the spelling of "Orici" over "Orisi" when you have it actually in print in the August 2006 issue of SciFi Magazine (The official Magazine of the SciFi Channel)? Sure it flows nice with Doci but do we have any evidence at all that it is spelled "Orici"? We have evidence that it is spelled "Orisi" so it should be spelled this way unless we find out otherwise. and i believe i said cite it... -Xornok 21:39, 16 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
You said "give a link" which I can not as it is out of the Magazine. As above, I can cite the magazine - however, I did this when I made the change today. If your ok with it, I'll provide a WP:CITE and make the change. Morphh 21:45, 16 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Found evidence of "Orici" though I expect the magazine may be more reliable. Omnipedia spelling of Orici per GateWorld. Morphh 13:02, 17 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Plagiarized

[edit]

I'm concerned that the episode summary on this page (and on the pages for Memento Mori, Company of Thieves, The Quest, and Line In The Sand) is plagiarized directly from a summary on Gateworld.net [1]. Could someone rewrite the summary and cite this source, to avoid direct copying? Chris 06:13, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Title Spelling

[edit]

The title onscreen was "COUNTERSTRIKE". Thus, the page should be renamed "Counterstrike" all as one word, not the hyphenated word. --Thirdmoon 03:10, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed. Also confirmed with the spelling shown @ http://www.scifi.com/stargate/episodes/season10/1007/ Rafy 13:23, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Dakara weapon in action.jpg

[edit]

Image:Dakara weapon in action.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
