I was happily creating an article about my work on this page when suddenly the article was marked for speedy delection -- I have just spent a half-hour trying to figure out what this means and whether or not I am able to create an article about my work -- perhaps this is not allowed? I have no more time to try to sort through confusing and convoluted "instructions" that give no clear answers. If anyone reads this and understand how to prevent this article from being deleted -- if you agree it should not be deleted -- please help. Otherwise, I gues it's history. Oops, I have just consulted with a friend very knowledgable about Wikipedia, and he has told me I have unwittingly violated a rule -- that people are not supposed to write entries about their own work. Apologies!!! I hope that anyone reading this will see that I intended no harm. I also hope that readers will consider my work worthy of being included on Wikipedia -- and that whoever manages such things will allow my article to stay.
