Date check, new reference needed for coastal road closure[edit]

The page reads "On March 25, 2013, Caltrans shut down the landslide-prone coastal road, replacing it with the Tom Lantos Tunnels, which take the highway through the promontory behind the precarious cliffs."

I believe from personal notes the correct date is actually about one week earlier, March 16, 2013. The reference given for this sentence is no longer available and was dated February 2013 so might not have been accurate anyway. I found another reference, on SFGate, saying the tunnels were going to open on March 26, 2013, but the article was dated March 14, 2013. A new reference to the correct date is needed, dated after the tunnel opened. I have not been able to find such a reference, and obviously my notes would not be considered a reliable source.
