New page creation

Created this page in an effort to sub-stratify and shorten the article Malaria, which was > 100kb and frankly unreadable. The diagnosis section itself was much too detailed for an overview of the disease as a whole, and thus I thought it warranted its own page. I do not really know the standard protocol for creating a new page, but I followed the guidelines of the new page creator tool thing (I think). All suggestions and criticisms are welcome!
