Rename this article

There is already an article for Oban, place in Scotland. But, the official name of this settlement in Ingushetia, is not 'Oban selo', and just 'Oban'. I think that should be renamed with something such as 'Oban, Dzheyrakhsky District' in line with the name guidelines for places in Russia. If there is no argument against it after three days then, I will assume that it is OK to rename article. Sail 95 (talk) 21:01, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
