As I said on WP:Articles for deletion/Kosovan–Serbian relations, you're being misleading. According to International recognition of Kosovo, 62 out of 192 United Nations members—including 22 out of 27 states in the European Union, 24 out of 28 NATO members and 3 out of 5 permanent members of the UN Security Council—have formally recognized the Republic of Kosovo as an independent state.
