Authorization inconsistency

Signs on the part of US 441 (Great Smoky Mountains Parkway) between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge say Foothills Parkway: [1][2] I don't see anything on the Gatlinburg Bypass. --NE2 12:45, 22 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
