The Four Nations Tournament → Four Nations Tournament (semi-professional football) – I don't think we should have a 'The Four Nations Tournament' article as well as a disambiguation page at Four Nations Tournament. There are already various other Four Nations Tournament (xyz) articles. As a relatively minor soccer competition this clearly isn't the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, so it needs a suitable modifier.
