Ernest Palmer Bursary

I rather suspect this double-barrelled gentleman was not a teacher but a single-barrelled benefactor, and that Clifford studied with the aid of the Ernest Palmer bursary. See reference to Mr P's financial generosity here second page, column 2. Tim riley (talk) 17:30, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I changed the word from bursary to scholarship, as some readers will not know what a bursary is. Is this an accurate synonym, or did I miss the meaning? -- Ssilvers (talk) 15:37, 19 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
