Application procedure

add: To get the Green Key, the applicant establishment completes the application form and sends it together with supplementary documents to the Green Key office. The Green Key administration evaluates the incoming material and authorizes the on-site audit. The on-site audit can be performed by a third-party auditor that also takes the decision regarding the award or the on-site audit can be done by a second-party auditor and then there is a National Jury to take the decision regarding the award. The award is based on proven compliance with all imperative criteria and an increasing number of guideline criteria over the years. The award is valid for one year and must be renewed annually. • In an earlier review, it was suggested that ref tags, Wikilinks and secondary sources be applied to the proposed text. With this revised second request, it appears that none of those suggestions have been applied. For those reasons the proposed text is not approved.
• Additionally, it appears that the proposed text — which includes many WP:WTW's, such as "leading international eco label awarded" and "Green Key is one of the largest eco-lables for the hospitality industry" — is intended to promote the organization. For this other reason the request is also declined.
