John Lombe Was Already Dead in 1732

John Lombe could not have renew his patent in 1732 because he died in 1722, supposedly from an assassin hired by the Italians from whom he stoke the design of the silk thrower.

Perhaps it was his brother or some other relative? Or the date of the patent renewal is wrong? ObadiahKatz (talk) 22:10, 30 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
