G20 tuning

To the guy below...all G20's came with the infamous sr20de motor....what are you laughing about? I'm sure you are one of those honda kids that has a 92 civic with an intake...please

Often force induction is used to upgrade SR20DE powered G20s to middle or high levels, 200 to 300 whp. With certain SR20DET engine swaps high levels of around 400 whp are possible. SR20VET swaps are nearly never done so out is arduous to estimate.

More common than force induction upgrades are the use of bolt-on aftermarket parts such as intakes and exhausts. With bolt-ons around 155 whp is possible. More rare than force induction is a SR20VE swap which can with bolt-ons generate around 190 whp. Zolielo 21:23, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

My laziness actually paid off, you've figured it out yourself :D I would fiddle a bit with the heading, font and background stuff, but that's what I meant. As concerns the width of the screen, you're probably right, but I am being quite discriminative in that I edit for the article to look good in 1024x768 fullscreen mode (Firefox), sometimes also checking against 800x600, as I guess this is how most peopl nowadays will probably be going to view that. Horizontal tables make the article unnecessairly long and create huge blank spaces. Bravada, talk - 00:38, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

How to deal with paint codes and "consumer reports" section?

I am sorry, but the "Trivia" trick won't work. Trivia do not belong in an encyclopedic article by definition, you will be asked to remove this section in its entirety. Still, information contained in such sections would often belong in the article if approporiately placed within the article. But paint codes and buyer's guides do not belong here by any heading. If the G20.net wants to use them as reference, why don't they place them in an appropriate forum (they seem to use a vBullettin structure)? Bravada, talk - 08:02, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Please use citation templates, especially {{cite web}}, as it requires you to give the date on which you accessed the page, which in turn makes it easier for other users to check the referenced site even if it has changed or is down, by means of the Wayback Machine. Going for GA and FA

I thank you for your help Bravada but I want to look for more views by pushing for GA and FA. The other users will surely have other points of view to add - which should be of use.

Depending on who you'll get to review your article for GA, you can get an instant approval or dismissal. I would actually be the first one to fail it, but since I contributed to it, I can't. I can only say that even if you get somebody to approve it, it wouldn't feel too right. Your removal of the template notwithstanding, this is still not a really well written article, and no article with a "trivia" section should ever become a GA. The Good article nomination for Infiniti G20/Archive 1 has failed, for the following reason(s):

Section headings are not capitalised properly - see WP:MOS; trivia sections must be avoided - trivia is by definition unencyclopaedic so anything trivial should be scrapped, anything genuinely relevant should be incorporated elsewhere; and lists, like that under wheels and reliability, should be written as prose.
