Sorry for introducing an image I had already created for my own records, but it seems that the illustration of a forgery was a clear added value for this article. There is no evidence of crude mechanical manipulation, the article may have given the explanation. By "black light" I suppose you mean Ultraviolet?? Black is the opposite of light! The stamp was not particularly highlighted, so the chance of a genuine one is close to zero.
