Future edits to look forward to![edit]

Hi, first post in the Talk discussion page! I aim to add sufficient descriptions to this topic, source them correctly with a range of generalized and then more expert information as subsections may become more specific. I think that a very important section to improve this article is to focus on the application of this technique, since it describes it very briefly and does not state the sources that this information was derived from. There are existing points in the stub that point me towards expanding these ideas, which is really good to get me started on how to begin researching this topic. Follow up- Useful references to include![edit]

These are some sources that would be really useful to include in this article, which I intend to add in my edited work by the end of this week. The sources are generalized reviews on the topics, with some more information about ionochromism and the materials that are used in order to apply the theory.
