Bad Coffee diagram
The directions of the arrows in the Bad Coffee example diagram are completely wrong. All the issues and contributors to what could be "Bad Coffee" are pointing away from the route towards Bad Coffee. This diagram, if you follow the arrows / routing would result in Good Coffee, as you would have avoided all the issues. Someone should really upload up a good example for this page or remove the arrow heads from this example, as it is confusing the matter.
