This page would improve by giving some basic information such as: what language is the film in? (According to the New Zealand International Film Festival page, it's Kaqchikel Mayan.) Where is it set? (The area of Guatemala which speaks Kaqchikel is quite small, so this question is unimportant if the language is really Kaqchikel.) Which Guatemalan volcano is portrayed? (According to the NZIFF page, it's Pacaya, west of Guatemala City.) Thanks to those who can answer these questions authoritatively. And by the way, the title of the film is Ixcanul, of which Volcano is the English translation; thus the page's title seems misleading. (talk) 04:04, 7 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Can you give me any advice for improving this article?
