Nude Photo Incident

[edit]

There's no reason why the nude photo incident should be melded into the NHL section - it's not as though it happened at a hockey game or anything like that. Its only connection to hockey is that the doofus in the photos is a hockey player. So, if it's in the article, it should have its own heading. Also, if we're going to mention the cease and desist letter, we need to cite to it. So don't remove the cite!

It is cited. We don't need to link to the letter.-Wafulz (talk) 15:37, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Does the link to the gossip site really need to be in there? Leafschik1967 (talk) 16:54, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
neither in canada nor in the u.s. can a law firm 'issue a cease and desist order'. such orders, and in fact, any injunctive relief, can only come from a court. the image to which the link goes is simply that of a letter from the lawyers to the website demanding that the image(s) be removed, and describing the actions the firm will take if they are not.Toyokuni3 (talk) 19:19, 5 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
