As a high ranking military officer O'Lawler seems to meet the notability criteria outlined in Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/Notability guide. There appeaer to be several online book sources that mention him, at least. Sionk (talk) 01:08, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
