Seems to me this page should be merged with that of Lord President of the Court of Session, or a redirection from that page. It would also be worth looking at the situation where we have a different page for Justiciar of the Lothians. Maybe these should be merged. David Lauder 20:25, 25 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

What happened in 1328? Was there any continuity between this office and that of Lord President of the Court of Session - that article suggests there is, but this one doesn't mention it.
