I've tried to smooth over the explanation of the translation of the title. Yes, it is part of a phrase that means "I do not want to", but I wouldn't translate the words in isolation that way. But I am not a fluent German speaker, so perhaps a native speaker should handle this issue.

I'm not a fluent German speaker, and I'm basing my suspisions on an unofficial website's translation, but isn't the song about masterbation? Maybe a German speaker can clear this up.
