Are there any relations to talk about?

Considering that Mongolia does not formally recognize Kosovo as a sovereign state, how can we talk about Kosovo–Mongolia relations? Mooonswimmer 00:50, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I've always considered bilateral meetings between high-ranking government officials, like the ones described in the article, as part of bilateral relations. However, the article can be moved to another title if wished, such as Mongolia's reaction to the 2008 Kosovo declaration of independence. -NoonIcarus (talk) 11:30, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
