Merge proposal

Hello, I recently closed the AfD discussion for this article, where several editors opined that a merge would be a good idea. I do not have much knowledge or interest in this topic, but I think a merge sounds like a pretty good idea. Anyone have any suggestions or concerns? If nobody objects, I think it should be relatively noncontroversial for any interested editor(s) to begin merging the content, as long as the edit summary gives credit to this article for proper GFDL attribution. Something like "Merging content from List of Elite Four members" would do. If you want to talk to me about something related to this merge proposal or this article, please let me know on my talk page, as I am not watching this article or talk page. • As the nominator of the AFD, I supported a merge as a reasonable compromise. I'd just like to voice my support for it, since this article doesn't meet its WP:N requirements otherwise. Gothic Lolita

I'm guessing we just call Cythia's clothing gothic lolita, since thats what it most appears. It is not lingerie and the old comment was biased.

Drake of orange isle

Should we include Drake of the orange island since you need all the badge to battle him and he does not gives any badges, he is somehow like the champion of the region. Ragnaroknike 14:08, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

He's part of the List of Orange Islands Gym Leaders, so I don't think it's required. Also, all the characters here are in organizations, called the "Elite Four", while Drake is the champion of the "Orange Crew". Highway ^{Grammar Enforcer!} 14:37, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Big white gap

The table of contents is reacting in a poor fashion with Lorelei's infobox, leaving a big white gap in the page. Anyone know how to rid the article of this atrocity? --Brandon Dilbeck 08:19, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

Okay, there. Someone had the bright idea of putting the contents on the RIGHT side...should obviously be on the left. I also made the contents less...exhaustive...it's just the characters there now.—ウルタプ 18:59, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

Game Guide

In the section for Arron it mentions that it would be "hard" to beat him without status healing items, I object to that for two reasons.

• 1. It is gameguide-ish info.
• 2. It is inaccurate, I crushed him with brute force, using no item to get over the status effects, I crushed him on my first leauge challenge. BassxForte 01:16, 28 June 2007 (UTC)

Pictures

Maybe it's just my horrible computer failing to load them, but I don't think there's pictures on this page, which there should be. They're available all over the internet--we just have to find ones that don't infringe on any legal matters. 24.15.53.225 (talk) 03:51, 2 August 2008 (UTC)

That would actually likely be impossible. Any and all pictures of these fictional characters would be copyrighted works. Except pictures of people in halloween costumes or holding stuffed animal things, which would probably not help the article at all. The only other choice would be Fair Use pictures, which is rather dodgy, unless the article itself goes into essential description of the character's appearance, and a picture is required to make this explanation understandable.
