Organizing the list
[edit]I'm thinking of replacing the list by an organized version. Besides putting it in line with the list of algebraic curves, I think organizing the list makes algebraic surfaces more accessible, since "easy" surfaces more or less precede "hard" ones in the Kodaira classification.
