Lost bridges
[edit]The following bridges without photos no longer exist - they are not listed in either the Second Edition of "Pennsylvania's Covered Bridges" by Benjamin D. Evans and June R. Evans or the "2009 World Guide to Covered Bridges"
- Horn Davis Overholtzer Bridge - collapsed in March 1994 [1][2]
- Grimes Covered Bridge - lost to arson November 1992 [3]
- Martin's Mill Covered Bridge (Marianna) (Washington County) - collapsed in March 1984 [4][5]
- Neils Red Covered Bridge - lost to arson in June 1990 [6]
- Riegel Covered Bridge No. 6 - lost to arson in May 1979 [7]
- Rohrbach Covered Bridge No. 24 - dismantled in October 1986 - in storage at Knoebels [8]
- Y Covered Bridge No. 156 - lost to suspected arson fire in August 1983 [9]
