The list of Provincial Parks on this page is seriously out of date; many of the parks here are closed or privatized. The link at the bottom of the page is accurate and up to date and connects to the Government of Newfoundland website which lists the current roster of full use camping, day use and scenic attractions parks maintained by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.Vulcan's Forge 02:08, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Started what I hope will be an ongoing overhaul of this and related pages. Reorganized the list of parks into the active provincial, scenic and park reserves; also identified the parks closed in 1997 (and referenced the source). That reference indicates an earlier privatization effort in 1995 but I can't find the news release for that one. I'm new at this, so if there are quality standards or referencing guidelines I'm not meeting here please tell me.Vulcan's Forge 02:55, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
