clarifications needed

The article states: "one of the few villages in the European Union that can only be reached by travelling through Russia". Which are the other ones?

Furthermore, as I interpret OpenStreetMap, a new (small) road has been built northwest of Lutepää to "avoid" traveling through Russia. Maybe Lutepää is no enclave anymore ... Could anyone confirm / clarify the situation? Thanks! 130.238.112.129 (talk) 17:06, 7 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
