[edit]"Lynwood Village" is a Retirement Village in Sunninghill, Berkshire, England. It is under construction currently and scheduled for completion in 2016.
Lynwood is one of five facilities owned by BEN - Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund, set in its own beautiful grounds near Ascot, Berkshire.
BEN - Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund have been providing the highest quality of care for older people in their community since 1948.
Lynwood Village has been awarded a 3 star excellent rating from the Care Quality Commission.
Upon completion there will be accommodation in the form of apartments and cottages available to the over 55+'s. On site facilities will include Care, Spa and Leisure.
