Notes

[edit]

I assume "community" means in some sense "specialist", so weeklys like the Reader don't belong there.--Jaibe 10:06, 13 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It appears this is terribly out of date, since the Red Streak is still listed in the Daily papers section. The Red Streak has been out of print since, what, late 2005? Putting the Red Streak in the Defunct category. CaponeX (talk) 16:09, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Made minor edits and clean-ups... corrected radio and TV call letters, newspaper names, added one or two to each category. See history. CaponeX (talk) 13:15, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There seem to be a number of radio stations missing (including quite a few that I regularly listen to). I would suggest at least that someone adds a link to radio-locator.com (who say they get most of their info from the FCC), something like this: http://www.radio-locator.com/cgi-bin/locate?select=city&city=60601 ... any objections? 146.180.106.230 (talk) 15:02, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Citations

[edit]

The citation from Nielsen in the first sentence is a dead link, and it looks like a subscription is needed to access the current info. Does anyone know of a way to get a proper citation? Thanks. --Funandtrvl (talk) 18:19, 24 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
