Novo has not moved to Coventry City F.C. according to a statement on the club's site.

Nacho no go!

Contrary to a number of various media reports Coventry City can confirm that they will not be signing Rangers forward Nacho Novo.

It had been reported that the Spanish player had put pen-to-paper on a deal here at the Ricoh, but this is not the case.

Galicia squad

He played for Galicia, but this squad never was called Irmandiña by no one.

By the way the Irmandiños revolution was a popular revolution against galician noblemen supported by Castilla's King, who later betrayed the revolution changing his support to the noblemen. The galician squad is called Irmandiña, in Galicia at least.
