All the story and explanation about the petroleum oil subsidy removal from the president is just to achieve the evil plan of IMF and some corrupt leaders of this country. If he knows that he has good intention on removal of subsidy he ought to have told us during his presidential campaign. My suggestions on this economics issue are as follows:1, The president should pursue the cancellation or removal of the Act that immunize the Executive president and Governor from being probed while in the office, as suggested by late President Musa Yara'adua. Imagine the kind of wealth the elected politician acquired within the period they are opportune or entrusted to hold positions. 2 The total Salaries and Allowances of the president and other elected politician be reduced to maximum of a millions Naira per month and minimum of fifty thousand Niara , and should be made public for us to see.3 when the above measures are taken, then the subsidy can now be removed .. These measures will help to Make both foreign and local investors( not only in oil sector ) to have confidence in Nigerian government, create employment, reduce security threat and make the life of the citizens better. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.220.6.113 (talk) 18:23, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
