Where?

The intro to this article doesn't say where this medal is awarded. I'm assuming Britain but it should be made clear. Perhaps spell out what "PDSA" means as well. Katr67 22:08, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

George

Just added a line to the lead using the existing reference that George is actually from New Zealand. I'd read about this chap a while back as they've commissioned a statue to him out there, but I hadn't put two and two together and realised it was the same dog.
