Vladimir Ilyinsky

Pavel Ilyinsky rowed in the men's eight in 1966 (World champs) and 1968 (Olympics). There's a Vladimir Ilyinsky (Q47465787) listed in this source (German-language source, hence spelling is "Wladimir Iljinski") who rowed in the men's eight in 1967 and 1971 at the European champs, i.e. pretty much at the same time.
