This page seems very biased in terms of Paul's guilt and treatment. Trixiejack (talk) 11:32, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
The appearance of bias is very evident and real. This is a man who had to admit to his crime and that he had his released revoked on 3 different occasions lends validity to ongoing concerns with public safety. I have concerns for those with mental illness but, an important but, the public has to be protected also. (Watasch (talk) 17:30, 24 March 2010 (UTC))
