Ending[edit]

I replaced the line "Panicked, Brown attacks Arnold at the novel's climax and tries to kill her, only to burn to death when he falls into his apartment's furnace."

I have no idea where this came from, as it bears no resemblance at all to the actual ending of the book, or to the film's slightly different climax.--MockTurtle 01:26, 19 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Brightonrock.jpg[edit]

Image:Brightonrock.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Yeah, this is a really bad article. I've only read the book but the character described here and the character I read are barely recognisable. Someone with a literary background should make it better! 81.106.151.150 (talk) 00:44, 16 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This article should mention the differences between the novel, the original film and the remake.
