[edit]Why a JPG replacing the PNG? There is not a single thing better about the JPG. This kind of nonsense only creates unnecessary work for admins. Non-photographic images (like this) are supposed to be PNG but regardless of that, you should only replace the same version of an image if the quality is actually improved. — Film Fan 16:32, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
Actual opening
[edit]The movie premiered in France: http://www.boxofficemojo.com/intl/france/?yr=2016&wk=16&p=new — Damnedfan1234 (talk) 04:09, 23 April 2016 (UTC)
Budget
[edit]"Film Financial Services is a 30 year-old investment banking company representing international investors in Hollywood transactions and has in the past represented South Africa’s First National Bank, Berliner Bank, Bertelsmann, UFA and ZDF among others. FFS has provided both production and P&A slate financings for several Hollywood studios. Presently, FFS represents China Merchants Bank and also China’s second largest media company, Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation. FFS recently concluded a joint venture with the investment banking division of China’s second largest bank, CITIC. Current Hollywood joint venture partners include Sony, Warner Brothers and Universal Focus Features. FFS and its China partners have 5 fully financed films in various stages of production. Their first animated film, the $25 million feature Ratchet & Clank, is based on a huge PlayStation video game franchise and will be released in 2016 in the US by Universal Focus Features with $27.5 million of P&A provided by FFS." http://www.sepiafilms.com/productions/indevelopment/hostage-call/hostage-call-deck.pdf (page 4)
Since this is from a press release for an unrelated film, I'm not sure how you'd properly cite it to meet Wikipedia's guidelines. — Damnedfan1234 (talk) 06:46, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
Total Gross
[edit]So how much money did this movie actually make? It seems like there is a contradiction in the overseas total.
distribution
[edit]I think no one's aware that Lionsgate handled international distribution of the film... Visokor (talk) 22:35, 19 December 2016 (UTC)
