I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: I am going to pass this as reviewed, but I am a bit concerned about his notability. His publication record is decent, but not outstanding -- it would help to create a profile. The award matters, but it is divisional so perhaps marginal. His notability could be challenged. It would be good to have more secondary (independent) sources.
