I have added quote and citations, and copyedited some text so as to remove from this article some inaccuracies, interpretations and constructions which could be considered non-neutral. This is to ensure that the article complies as far as possible with WP:BLP. In particular the subject's own reasons for his resignation from ICE, as cited, should be given in his own words so as to ensure WP:NPOV, and not paraphrased or reinterpreted by third parties, or coloured by third-party nuances.
