Wear and noise[edit]

I can see how removing the weight and forces from reels might reduce wow and flutter. I would think wear would be worse on the shorter loop and noise (assuming equally worn tape) would be unchanged. ~Kvng (talk) 14:27, 10 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
