[edit]Wow, no mention at all of Cheryl Hardwick? She shared directing duties with both G.E. Smith and Lenny Pickett until she retired. I guess Smith & Pickett were always more high-profile (particularly the former) but she co-directed with both (check the closing credits from an old episode, her name is there with either Smith's or Pickett's). She must've been in the band longer than anyone else. I've added this info to the article. I also added an external link, not sure it's authoritative enough to consider a reference, plus it seem to be defunct and I used the archived address. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 04:02, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Saturday Night Live Band. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20120308021106/http://snlibc.jt.org/bandsbio.phtml to http://snlibc.jt.org/bandsbio.phtml
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

Credits for band members
[edit]Hello. While I'm trying to find some reliable sources (i.e. newspapers, interviews) for the past and present band members as per the relevant policies at WP:BLP and WP:V, I'm thinking of using the actual closing credits from the appropriate SNL episodes as potential sources per WP:MOSTV. Any thoughts or objections? Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 10:36, 18 October 2020 (UTC)
