I've reversed a move of this page to "Scott Price (politician)". A Google search indicates that the name "Scott Price" is quite common, and it's not at all unlikely that another notable pol of that name will come up sooner or later. Indeed, a Scott Price ran for the District 47 seat in the Tennessee State House of Representatives in 2012 ([1]); although he didn't win, if he had, he'd presumably satisfy notability requirements and be article-worthy. This, combined with the fact that it's a lot of work to update links after a page move when the old page doesn't redirect to the new, leads me to believe that we shouldn't take risks with a name that might not be sufficiently specific.
