Perhaps an even more prominent example of localisation featuring seamless branching are the Star Wars DVDs (at least the international) offering their intro text in selected language.

Seamless branching would not be used for the opening crawl of Star Wars. No matter what language you are using, everyone sees a scene there with the same audio. So, they use multiple angles. Normally, multiple angle lets you switch the camera angle during a scene. In this case, each angle is a different language. So, in the end, everyone sees their own language as a camera angle and everyone hears the same audio track. Of note, multiple angles is rarely seen in movies. It is extremely common in pornography, allowing the viewer to jump between different camera angles at will during each scene. 209.149.115.219 (talk) 14:34, 9 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
