David G. Hartwell mentioned in his post to tor.com [[1]] that the magazine that he'd published for twenty years--and had been nominated for that long. (Presumably The New York Review of Science Fiction in this category). Would be disqualified from future nomination in this category prending review of the 2009 WorldCon. I've redirected this page to the page for the Hugo Award rather than there being two different pages. Could someone do the edit so the redirect is done properly? (I think I just figured it out -- maybe.) I'm also deleting any reference to David's article because keeping or removing the Hugo Award for Best Semiprozine is a political issue and we have to avoid any bias. --Kovar (talk) 18:22, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
