Planning to add single- vs paired-end sequencing

A good source where these analysis have been done, for single-end miRNA-seq and for paired-end, it's of course much cheaper and straight forward to go by single end, however there are considerable advantages for using paired-end as detailed by Sanchez-Herrero et al 2021 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33902448/ AimerD (talk) 17:26, 14 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
