Ownership[edit]

The track and the land it sits on is owned by Jackson County. John Skinner just signed a second 10 year lease on the property in 2006. Thus, he is not the owner, but the lessee. -- Elaich ^talk 18:47, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
