Twice in the article it is stated that 3/4 of sugar is not traded on the open market. Where is the quotation for this claim?
Having read through the editing history, the user HLHJ first added this statement on the 19 of august 2018 with the note: "added information from an old version of the "Sugar" article, some punctuation and phrasing edits to the remainder". Having looked at the old wikipedia post HLHJ refered to, the only source cited is the following article from the Washington Times by Phillip Judson, which is also source 3 in this article.
Even though Philip mentions in his article that 3/4 of all sugar is traded off market, he doesn't support his claim nor can I find any corroborating sources other than this one offhanded opinion piece.
I'm new to Wikipedia and are as such unfamiliar with protocols and rules regarding sources. However, I believe this to be a red herring.
