The exceptions to the extended confirmed restriction are:

After being warned, contentious topics procedure can be used against any editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behaviour, or any normal editorial process. Contentious topic sanctions can include blocks, topic-bans, or other restrictions.
Editors may report violations of these restrictions to the Arbitration enforcement noticeboard.

– Both current titles are ambiguous, and "Telem" has several other uses (see Telem (disambiguation)).
They are both Israeli political parties, so the only ways I see to disambiguate them is by the year of their foundation (as above) or (ALT1 and ALT2 below) by the founders: Moshe Ya'alon for the 2019 party, and Moshe Dayan for the 1981 party. I note that this article is probably also eligible for WP:CSD#G5 (pages created by banned or blocked users in violation of their ban or block, and that have no substantial edits by others) if we wanted to go that route. Hi, I notified Bbb23 here: [1] that I was recreating the article as per the notice on the deleted page, which suggested that I notify the person who deleted the article. Oppose The original party is the primary subject for this title as it stands. In contrast to David O. Johnson I am not convinced the new party is notable enough for its own article (shortly before Israeli elections there are often several articles on minor parties created that probably shouldn't be). I would rather do a G5 deletion and see in a few weeks whether the party is likely to get anywhere (e.g. is it crossing the threshold in opinion polls). Number 57 12:45, 6 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
- @Number 57: The article has been re-created, and I see that you PRODded it. I have removed[2] the PROD because WP:GNG appears to be met. So the article exists, and we need a better name for it than the current ambiguous title. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs)

If both articles are kept then I Support original proposal (Telem (political party) also mentions another 1996 party that was formed but did not win any seats). If the article is deleted, then merge the information into the main article so all 3 party information are easily distinguished. --Gonnym (talk) 15:45, 6 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
