Plot
[edit]The current plot rather scant with the story making the summary conclusions factually incorrect. It needs a lot of work. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.145.2.86 (talk) 10:42, 29 December 2011 (UTC)

La Linea (film) → The Line (2009 film) – Per WP:UE and WP:NCF, the common English-language title should be the article title. 162.208.168.92 (talk) 16:11, 28 March 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose La Linea (film) → The Line (2009 film), but would support La Linea (film) → La Linea (The Line), since that is the form in which the title is depicted in the film's opening credits as well as on its poster. An additional benefit is natural disambiguation since "(The Line)" is actually part of the title, rather than a Wikipedia parenthetical qualifier, such as "(film)" or "(2009 film)". —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 22:50, 28 March 2021 (UTC)
- Comment - This article currently lacks sources. If English language sources can be found these could be used both to help establish what the optimal title for the article is and to improve the article itself. HumanBodyPiloter5 (talk) 11:57, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
- I didn't find much outside of movie wikis, but here is a review from Variety. 162.208.168.92 (talk) 14:02, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
- Uncomplicated support it was announced as La Linea in Variety but came out as The Line. Also broadcast as The Line in UK https://www.radiotimes.com/film/t82b/the-line/ and DVD The Line on https://www.amazon.com/Line-Andy-Garcia/dp/B002LK3DZQ/ Roman Spinner please see Variety https://variety.com/2009/film/reviews/the-line-1200475678/ In ictu oculi (talk) 17:52, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
- Here is La Linea (The Line) poster used in the infobox, here is another La Linea (The Line) poster and here is La Linea (The Line) trailer. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 06:22, 30 March 2021 (UTC)
- The infobox is wrong. In ictu oculi (talk) 17:07, 30 March 2021 (UTC)
- While it is clear that the film was also known as "La Linea", WP:NCF asks us to use the most common English-language title as the article title. 162.208.168.92 (talk) 18:38, 30 March 2021 (UTC)
- Here is La Linea (The Line) poster used in the infobox, here is another La Linea (The Line) poster and here is La Linea (The Line) trailer. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 06:22, 30 March 2021 (UTC)
